Mechanical Drafting SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Drafting Specialist to join our clients team.

About the company :

Our client, a leading infrastructure, service, and operations business, is now investing heavily in its organisation and has a large portfolio of exciting capital engineering projects.

This has led to an expansion of their building services division, and they now require a Draftsperson Specialist in the field of (Mechanical) to document engineering solutions and services for their major building assets.

Responsibilities :

Create detailed mechanical drawings and models using Revit or Microstation softwareCollaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of designsReview and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholdersMaintain project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulationsParticipate in project meetings and provide input on mechanical design issues

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldAt least 7 years of experience in mechanical draftingExperience in or ability to use threedimensional modelling platforms such as Microstation (3D), Revit, Navisworks, BIM or similar and laser scanning technologies such as Point CloudFamiliarity with relevant industry standards and regulationsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
