Childcare Workers wanted Two Locations: Dalkeith Early Learning Centre (58 Dalkeith Road, Nedlands WA6009) Karrinyup Early Learning Centre (24 Blackdown Way, Karrinyup WA 6018) Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate programs for the children in care. Develop, implement and evaluate daily care routines. Prepare materials and equipment to support children’s learning and development. Maintain up to date and accurate records of individual children’s progress and observations. Provide experiences to support children’s play and learning. Ensure compliance with establishment guidelines and OH&S policies to guarantee a safe environment. Support and supervise the daily routines of children and ensure the inclusion of all children. Be responsible for ensuring a safe environment is maintained for both staff and children. Maintain ongoing communication with children’s parents and caregivers. Ensure that the centre or service’s policies and procedures are adhered to. Skills and Experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience in early childcare and education service. Have a minimum of two years full-time (or part-time equivalent) employment experience as a Child Care Group Leader in a regulated early childhood education and care service.
