Be a part of our mission to provide safety, comfort, housing and support for our communities. We are currently seeking an experienced Manager to lead the WDVCAS in the Central North region. This role could be based from Dubbo or within Central North NSW. The Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the service, including ensuring all program deliverables and KPIs are met; compliance with funding agreements, policies and procedures; reporting; ensuring our Team are fully supported and delivering best‑practice service; developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships; and promoting Housing Plus and our services within our communities. To be successful, you will require: Skills and experience operating successfully at a management level within the community services industry, ideally within Domestic and Family Violence Services. Knowledge of the dynamics, complexities and legal and social welfare consequences of domestic and family violence. Well‑developed leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, guide and support our team. Experience in programme management, reporting and other administrative management tasks. High level of communication, conflict resolution and advocacy abilities. Tertiary qualifications in social science/social work/psychology or management will be highly regarded. You will also need a current Driver's Licence and ability to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check. The WDVCAS Manager is classified as a Level 7.1 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $119,414 gross per annum. This will increase on an annual basis in line with the pay points in the Award. As Housing Plus is a Not for Profit organisation, we have access to excellent salary sacrifice options to increase your take home pay This is a full‑time, contract role to June 2028 in line with our current funding, with the possibility of going employment.
