Dr7 Physiotherapy and Podiatry – Yokine WA Are you friendly, organised, and love helping people? We’re looking for a welcoming face to join our physiotherapy/podiatry clinic as a Receptionist We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Physio and Podiatry receptionist to join our friendly team at Dr7 Physiotherapy and Podiatry. Available for morning/afternoon/evening shifts and able to cover sick and holiday periods. We require a candidate who can be flexible between the hours of 6:45 am - 7 pm, shifts are between 6 to 8 hours. Experience as a medical receptionist would be preferred, as would familiarity with the PPMP program. Working Holiday visas will not be considered; you are required to be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Meet and greet patients in a professional and friendly manner Managing the phones and taking bookings Taking payment and rebate on the HICAPS machine Scanning Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area Data entry and any other general duties as required Assist Physiotherapists/Podiatrists if required You will possess a range of skills including: Excellent phone manner The ability to build rapport with patients High level of customer service Ability to take charge in an autonomous environment Knowledge of PPMP Demonstrate initiative Understanding of third‑party billing NDIS, (W/C, MVA & Insurance) Job Type: Casual/part-time Please submit a brief cover letter addressing our criteria, including availability to work and whether you have any other commitments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
