Our Engagement and Change Advisory practice works with clients across a range of sectors to solve complex challenges through industry‑leading services across one or more of our three core pillars of communication & stakeholder engagement, social value, and transformation & change management services. Role Overview As a key member of our Engagement and Change Advisory team, you’ll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of government and private infrastructure organisations, delving deep into their challenges to co‑create solutions that help shape the future. You’ll communicate the value of a wide range of critical infrastructure projects, connect with diverse stakeholder groups and support the change that underpins the success of Australia’s infrastructure projects and organisations – from water and transport, through to energy, resources and defence. Responsibilities Work in a dedicated Sydney‑based team across a variety of projects and sectors, focusing on complex and strategic infrastructure projects across transport, water, government, mining, energy, and defence. Partner with our clients to provide advisory and consulting services for projects where social outcomes and community impact are front of mind. Exercise outstanding interpersonal skills to develop relationships with a wide range of clients and critical internal and external stakeholders. Support a pipeline of future opportunities, contribute to business development and proposals. Help to grow our capability as part of our broader Advisory offering. Qualifications Industry experience in similar management consulting, strategic communications and engagement, research, or equivalent roles. Proven experience across the different phases of a project’s life cycle, ideally complex or major infrastructure related. Strong communication, engagement, problem‑solving, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to foster and evolve client and stakeholder relationships. Experience leading and developing team members to embed a high‑performance culture. Relevant tertiary education that demonstrates an ability with written and verbal communication, and a commitment to a relevant discipline in business, management, communications, psychology, science, law, or other relevant field.
