The Opportunity We’ve secured a range of commercial development projects in office, retail, industrial, government, education, health, and aged care sectors and need to grow our team of Accredited Senior Building Surveyors to bring these developments to life. We are seeking multiple applications from Building Surveyors to work on our projects across the greater Sydney and Newcastle region and be part of our growing team. Successful applicants will be a part of a collaborative team, responsible for leading projects from start to completion. Conducting comprehensive building surveys, inspections, assessments, reports, approvals, and certifications of commercial developments and deliver service excellence to our valued clients. What you will bring to the team TAFE or university qualifications in building surveying or construction management Intending to register as a building surveyor in NSW Demonstrated understanding of the Building Code of Australia and relevant legislation Demonstrated experience in building surveying and the construction industry Ability to work well in a team in a busy commercial environment with time management and organisational skills Attention to detail and good communication skills Current driver’s license.
