We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Delivery and Warehouse Assistant to become a key member of our team. Reftom Logistics is a family run, independent logistics company specialising in providing comprehensive warehousing and logistics solutions for bulky goods furniture retailers in South West WA. Responsibilities Deliver and Assemble Products: Primarily handle the delivery and setup of furniture and other goods at customer locations. Container Unloading: Assist in unloading containers and handling incoming stock efficiently. Stock Management: Help in organising and dispatching stock, ensuring accurate inventory management. Workplace Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace, including bathrooms, kitchen, vehicles, and warehouse. Safety Compliance: Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards to ensure a safe working environment. Work Life Balance Working hours 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday No public holiday work Requirements Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and independently. Customer Service: Presentable appearance with excellent communication skills, able to interact politely and effectively with customers. Safety-Oriented: Strong inclination towards maintaining a safe working environment. Self-Motivated: Proactive and diligent in completing tasks. Qualifications Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or assembly roles is preferred. Physically fit and strong, be able to handle the demands of the job.
