Attractive salary packaging options - up to $18,550 tax free Competitive hourly rate + Super What we’re looking for You will be an experienced, multi-skilled community Registered Nurse. To be considered for this role, you will have : Degree or postgraduate qualification in Nursing. Experience in Community nursing preferred. 2+ years Post Grad broad experience in general nursing. Current Registration with the AHPRA, with zero notations. Genuine interest in working in the community and with the aged population (experience an advantage). Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach. Strong experience in wound and catheter care. Advanced clinical assessment skills for chronic disease management. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A current Australian driver's licence, reliable vehicle & car insurance. The role You’ll help by providing wound, catheter, stoma and bowel care, administering medications and injections, and providing chronic disease management to clients in their own home covering the Central Coast area. This is a casual role, offering 3 days per week (ideally Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with families, other clinicians and the wider Silverchain care team is vital for this role.
