High Reach Forklift Operator - Campbelltown Mon-Fri 5am-1pm Base pay range A$35.11/hr - A$35.11/hr About Our Client Our client provides secure and efficient record management services, offering customers access to their archived materials through a streamlined digital and physical storage solution. Role Overview In this role, you will be responsible for operating a high reach forklift to handle archive boxes of documents, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining warehouse safety and organisation. The role is approximately 60-70% forklift work and 20-30% manual labour. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a high reach forklift, including double deep racking. Retrieve, store, and transport archive boxes with accuracy and care. Pick and transport records to fulfil customer orders. Assist with manual handling and labour tasks as required. Maintain organised and efficient warehouse operations. Follow all safety procedures and complete pre-operational equipment checks. Qualifications Valid high reach forklift licence (LF). Proven experience with high reach and double deep operation. LO licence/experience is highly regarded. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage. Physical Requirements Ability to perform manual handling and repetitive lifting. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with high racking.
