Technology Sales Leader - Digital, Engineering, Cloud and Automation, IIoT, SaaS & Data The role is a contract role for 6 months to start with and extendable in leading Product development organisation. This Electrical Engineer is to work within the Electrical Engineering team to co-ordinate, design, test and deliver to manufacturing, high quality electronic gaming machines and components. Job Requirements Capable to co-ordinate Electrical Engineering development across the team Liaise directly with 3rd party sub-component designers, to ensure requirements are met Diagnosis and Problem Solving throughout development and field support Design and test electronic hardware and/or firmware for newly designed gaming products Schematic and/or PCB Layout Design Entry using Altium CAD tools Document these Designs according to required Standards Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics engineering development Proven capability in technical project leadership Highly proficient at organising, scheduling and co-ordinating design partner activities and deliverables General knowledge of common electronic interfaces such as USB, SATA, PCIe, Ethernet etc. Experience with complex systems products Knowledge of product development processes Proficient in electronic design, including schematic and/or PCB layout design in Altium CAD tools Knowledge and experience with common uController and/or FPGA architectures Strong handson capability using electronic test equipment such as protocol analysers, MSO’s etc. Capable of designing to global gaming EMC and Safety standards & regulations will be a bonus Prior Experience in highly regulated environment desirable Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics or Electrical or similar) Key Attributes Well-rounded electrical / electronics engineering capability Good communicator with ability to liaise well with third party suppliers Self-Motivated and driven Adaptable to change - can operate within a dynamic environment Able to sort through competing/conflicting priorities to arrive at an optimal solution Desire to learn, grow and develop your skills.
