Job Description As a Domain Architect at Nokia, you will design and implement advanced core network solutions, focusing on SDM architecture for 3G, 4G, and 5G environments. Collaborating closely with customers, you will translate their technical requirements into innovative solutions while conducting detailed analyses and managing technical implementation during project delivery. This role requires partnership with sales and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of customer needs and value throughout the project lifecycle. You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Candidate will be responsible for managing team for one of Solution Area and bring thought leadership in customer engagement. Candidate will also be responsible for quality delivery and delivery project KPI tracking and adhering. Manages Nokia internal stakeholder engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies. Builds understanding and preference for Nokia products and solutions by influencing regional team decisions and strategic direction. Demonstrates significant operational as well as commercial knowledge of clients' business and uses this to build credibility as well as identify sales opportunities. Defines new and innovative delivery model and package integrated solutions not only limited to Nokia Net's portfolio. Leads training, development, and coordination of activities of more junior consultants, and regularly leads project teams. System integration project and execution plan management. Provides delivery value proposition & model. Ensuring competent resources on time every time. Working with other teams and ensuring high performance team across locations. Presales support for portfolio. Key Skills And Experience Must have: Around 10 years of experience in Packet Core Projects. Knowledge and experience with Packet Core equipment: MME, S/PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF. Knowledge and experience for IMS solution design for NTAS, SBC, CFX. Knowledge and experience with Nokia Packet Core equipment: cMM, cMG, NRD. Nice to have: Capable of understanding technical notes, protocol specs, method of procedure. Linux knowledge is an advantage. Basic understanding of project management skill is an advantage. Computer: MS Office, Teams. Language: English.
