Employment: Fixed‑Term (until ), Full‑Time. Total remuneration: $123,737 – $137,091 pa (salary $104,560 – $115,844 pa + 17% superannuation and leave loading). Job Overview Teach TAFE courses in Nursing. This role delivers high‑quality, industry‑relevant training across classroom, workplace, online and blended environments, and collaborates closely with colleagues, industry partners and client groups. Responsibilities Deliver engaging, outcome‑focused learning experiences across multiple delivery modes. Collaborate with colleagues, industry partners and client groups to ensure training meets current, responsive and real‑world expectations. Prepare, deliver and assess course content, ensuring quality, relevance and compliance with industry standards. Support students in achieving learning outcomes and professional standards. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the education and training sector and respond to new directions and market demands. Position Requirements Knowledge of the education and training sector, and ability to respond positively to new directions and demands of the training market. Relevant vocational qualification at level equivalent to or higher than the level taught (e.g., certificate, trade certificate, diploma, degree or masters). Demonstrated capacity for best practice in managing teaching and learning activities, including delivery, assessment and evaluation. Strong teamwork, leadership, self‑management skills, and ability to accept, promote and manage change.
