Buller Hospitality sits under the Buller Ski Lifts (BSL) umbrella, which employs around 850 seasonal staff each winter. Our hospitality team alone hires 100+ seasonal staff, so it’s safe to say we know how to serve food in a big way. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality food and beverage experience to all resort guests from the general public to Ski & Snowboard School guests and school groups. This means exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and bringing a positive attitude to every shift. Barista Section & serving wait staff General food and beverage duties This position is available across all Buller Hospitality venues. A bit about you Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to spot, prioritise, and solve tasks Willingness to learn new skills Available for the full winter ski season between June to early October And of course… stoked about doing a snow season What experience do you need? Some hospitality experience is helpful but not required for entry-level positions a great attitude is what matters most. We’re proud of our positive, supportive team culture and love welcoming people who are keen to learn and get involved. Barista, cocktail, and section waiting experience highly regarded Valid Victorian RSA Certificate required Some venues require staff to ski or snowboard to access them.
