Job Overview Men In Cloud recruiters are delighted to work with Fuelcraft Pty Ltd, trading as Liquip Victoria, to hire a Full‑time Procurement Specialist in Parramatta, NSW. Salary: $80,000‑$100,000 per annum plus superannuation. Location: Melbourne, VIC. Role: Full‑time. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to procurement systems and processes, logistics, and inventory management to improve operational efficiency. Develop and implement data‑driven strategies to optimise supply chain operations including procurement, supplier management, and logistics. Manage and optimise internal data systems (e.g., ERP) to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely data management related to the procurement processes. Review and analyse inventory levels, supply chain performance, and supplier relationships, providing recommendations for improvement in cost, efficiency, and service delivery. Utilise information management strategies to oversee procurement activities, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Oversee the timely and cost‑effective procurement of goods and services, working closely with suppliers to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain processes and supplier performance. Review procurement policy, recommend improvement and risk mitigation strategies on possible breaches. Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations related to procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to align business operations with strategic goals, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and information within the organisation. Provide reports and recommendations to management on operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement in procurement and logistics. Identify and implement process improvements within supply chain and procurement functions to enhance operational performance and reduce costs. Maintain accurate records and ensure the integrity of data used for decision‑making in procurement and logistics operations. Qualifications, Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Information Management or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years’ proven work experience in an organisation and information management role, data analysis, ERP system administration, process optimisation in a supply chain, procurement or logistics function. Proven Australian work experience. Strong understanding of organisational governance, compliance, digital transformation and reporting processes. Familiarity with logistics operations, inventory management and data integrity. Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of information governance, policy compliance, KPI monitoring and reporting frameworks. Hands‑on experience in SAP or similar ERP platforms, including data maintenance, reporting and process documentation. Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking and attention to detail. Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.
