Kiosk Attendant (Belgravia Leisure) This is a great opportunity for passionate and friendly people who enjoy delighting our members and visitors and leaving lasting positive impressions. The Role We have a heavily customer‑based role of Kiosk Attendant to join our fantastic local golf course. You must have a great disposition and enjoy working with adults alike. You understand that our customers are coming to the venue for a great day out and you are keen to be part of that enjoyment. You are reliable and understand the required hours are weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods. The café operating hours are from 6 AM – 6 PM. The successful applicant must have a valid Driver's License, coffee/barista skills and an RSA qualification. The position requires a minimum of 2 days of work per week, or 14+ hours with availability for extra work when required. Pay Grade 2: Events and Amusement Award rates apply. Skills & Attributes Coffee / Barista skills RSA qualification Food handling Certificate (preferred) Strong understanding of food preparation practices Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style Excellent customer service Promotion of healthy food options Maintain appearance, presentation and cleanliness of the café Follow health and safety guidelines Cashier experience Sound cash handling principles and use of POS systems Driver's License What We Offer Operating hours 6 AM – 6 PM (flexibility) A supportive, inclusive, and vibrant workplace culture Fully funded training where required Career advancement opportunities within an organization that values its team members Qualifications & Criteria Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate Approved manager's card (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid and CPR certificates Clear Police Check Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but we highly encourage those with a friendly disposition and a customer service mindset to apply. Golf Course operational knowledge is not required, but would be a significant advantage for this role.
