Lecturer – Cyber Security Position at Edith Cowan University (ECU) – Joondalup / City Campus. Salary: $117,905 – $139,307 (ALEVB). Ongoing, full‑time. About the Role Support ECU’s cyber security teaching and research portfolio. The discipline is based at ECU’s Joondalup campus, with the new City Campus activating in 2026. Key Responsibilities Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in cyber security and related disciplines. Lead and supervise research aligned with the Centre for Securing Digital Futures (CSDF). Publish high‑impact research and secure research funding. Contribute to curriculum development and assessment. Engage with industry and community partners to advance cyber security practice. Applicant Requirements Strong technical cyber security expertise (network security, ethical hacking, cloud security, identity management, SOC/SIEM operations). Research interests aligned with at least one CSDF priority area. At least two years post‑PhD academic experience, including teaching and learning responsibilities. Proven research track record commensurate with the level of appointment. Relevant working rights for the position.
