About the Opportunity As the Human Resources Advisor at eHealth NSW, you’ll provide a broad range of HR services and advice to managers and staff. Working closely with the Senior Human Resources Business Partners, People & Culture Manager, and the broader team, you’ll partner with leaders to support day‑to‑day workforce needs while also contributing to longer‑term organisational goals and priorities. Key Responsibilities Provide expert HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle, including performance, capability, engagement, policy, and change initiatives. Partner with managers and staff to ensure HR solutions are customer‑focused, practical, and aligned with organisational objectives. Support business units through periods of growth and change, advising on HR policies and workforce planning. Interpret complex workforce data and legislation to provide clear advice, reporting, and recommendations. Contribute to projects that improve processes, systems, and the overall People and Culture service offering. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, complex environment where balancing competing priorities is the norm. Success in this role means building strong relationships, delivering timely and accurate advice, and contributing to a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. About You We’re looking for a confident and collaborative HR professional who brings: Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated experience providing HR advice in a large, complex organisation, ideally using a business partnering model. Proven ability to support HR change management initiatives. Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and negotiation skills. Experience working in high‑volume environments with competing demands. Knowledge of HR/IR legislation, policies, and public sector frameworks. A customer‑focused mindset with a passion for building capability and driving performance through people.
