Store Manager Location: Ramlegh Village, Clyde North Shopping Precinct. We are seeking a leader passionate about inspiring the team, delivering excellent customer service, and sustaining world‑class sushi quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team in alignment with Sushi Sushi values. Create an environment that delivers the ultimate customer experience. Understand store KPIs and drive sales growth by improving presentation, product, and experience. Ensure the continued production of the highest quality sushi. Promote food safety and workplace safety standards. Manage stocktakes, COGS and labour, constantly seeking improvement. Required Experience & Qualities Passion for sushi and the customer experience. 1‑2 years of experience leading and motivating a team. Strong hospitality experience in kitchens and customer service roles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead diverse employees. Experience in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to learn sushi production (preferred but not essential). Full working rights in Australia. Career Growth Promotion pathways include area manager, head office training positions, and store ownership. Thorough training and support are provided.
