Our Engagement and Change Advisory practice works with clients across a range of sectors to solve complex challenges through industry‑leading services across one or more of our three core pillars of communication & stakeholder engagement, social value and transformation & change management services. Key Responsibilities Work in a dedicated Sydney‑based team across a variety of projects and sectors. Team members have worked across transport, water, government, mining and energy, and defence, focusing on complex and strategic infrastructure projects. Partner with our clients to provide advisory and consulting services for projects where social outcomes and community impact are front of mind. Exercise outstanding interpersonal skills to develop relationships with a wide range of clients and critical internal and external stakeholders. Support a pipeline of future opportunities, contribute to business development and proposals. Help to grow our capability as part of our broader Advisory offering. Qualifications and Experience Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting, strategic communications and engagement, research, or equivalent roles. Proven experience across the different phases of a project's life cycle, ideally complex or major infrastructure related, but not essential. Strong communication, engagement, problem‑solving and presentation skills. A demonstrated ability to foster and evolve client and stakeholder relationships. Experience leading and developing team members to embed a high‑performance culture. Relevant tertiary education that demonstrates an ability with written and verbal communication, and a commitment to a relevant discipline in business, management, communications, psychology, science, law or other relevant field.
