With contract values ranging from $1M to over $20M, this role offers the chance to work on complex infrastructure projects. Your new role Develop detailed BIM models for hydraulic services, ensuring seamless integration with other building systems and disciplines. Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to resolve design clashes and optimise service layouts. Produce accurate documentation including schematics, layouts, and schedules for water, waste, and stormwater systems. Support front‑end design development, contributing to ECI and constructability reviews. Maintain model integrity and version control throughout the design lifecycle. What you’ll need to succeed Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with a strong portfolio of hydraulic or water infrastructure projects. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Building Services preferred). Experience in designing plumbing systems for commercial buildings, including hospitals, schools, or high‑rise developments. Understanding of Australian Standards and NCC requirements for hydraulic design.
