What You’ll Do As a Swinburne VET Teacher, you’ll: Inspire and engage learners across certificate through to associate degree programs. Design, deliver, assess and evaluate high-quality, industry-led learning experiences. Collaborate within a supportive team of educators to innovate and continuously improve teaching practice. Customise training to meet diverse learner needs and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Foster an inclusive, safe and student-centred learning environment. Model best practice, contemporary pedagogy and the latest learning technologies. About You We are seeking a creative educator with strong industry currency and a passion for teaching. Ability to design and deliver innovative programs across diverse learning modes. Demonstrated experience fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments. Strong capability in developing high-quality teaching and assessment resources. Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing professional development. Sound digital and computer skills (email, databases, MS Office, LMS platforms). Current practical experience within the Visual/Fine Arts industry. Qualifications Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 Tertiary qualification in a related field including: Fine Art, Visual Arts, Design Vocational/Industry experience in Printmaking techniques (lino, dry‑point, etching, collagraph, screen‑printing), Fine art skills (drawing, painting, photography, digital, installation), Print studio management, Contemporary arts industry About Swinburne University of Technology Swinburne’s strategy draws upon our understanding of future challenges.
