Part‑Time Retail Professional – Brisbane Factory Outlet Join to apply for the Part‑Time Retail Professional – Brisbane Factory Outlet role at adidas We're on the lookout for a Retail Professional to join our Brisbane Factory Outlet on a PART‑TIME basis. Please note this is Permanent PART‑TIME; the ideal candidate would need to work a minimum of 21 hours per week on select weekdays and weekend days. Key Responsibilities Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, and take ownership to meet or exceed them. Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations. Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards. Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish fixtures to ensure the full product range is represented on the sales floor. Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Requirements To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Working Hours Availability across weekdays and weekends is required.
