Base pay range A$120,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr Senior Structural Drafter - Sydney The Role You’ll be responsible for: Producing detailed and accurate structural drawings for residential projects using AutoCAD . Working closely with engineers and project leads to ensure documentation aligns with design intent and Australian standards. Reviewing and coordinating drawings to maintain a high level of accuracy and clarity. Managing drafting tasks efficiently while working remotely three days per week. As the company grows, you will play a role in supporting junior drafters and helping improve internal drafting systems and standards. About You Strong background in structural drafting , ideally with residential project experience. Advanced AutoCAD skills — you’re fast, accurate, and detail-oriented. Revit experience not required but may be preferable for future projects. Sound understanding of structural documentation practices and construction detailing. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your own workload. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a small, supportive team.
