Head of Operations

We're an Australian-owned spirits company shaking up the liquor industry with bold branding, quality drinks, and zero fluff. From house pours and RTDs to bottled spirits and barrel programs, we believe good booze should be simple, affordable, and bloody well executed. We're growing fast, more SKUs, more channels, more partners and that growth now demands world-class operations. It's time to bring in a senior operational leader to build the engine that keeps Casa running smoothly at scale. The Role We're looking for a Head of Operations to take ownership of how Casa produces, stores, moves, and delivers product, end to end. This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the Director, responsible for supply chain execution, production planning, internal distilling operations, warehousing, logistics, and operational performance across the business. You’ll move Casa from reactive to proactive, building systems, rhythms, and accountability that eliminate stock risk, reduce inefficiency, and support rapid national growth. Key Responsibilities Own Casa's end-to-end operations across production, supply chain, warehousing, and logistics Build and execute robust supply and production plans to support national growth Lead co-manufacturers, 3PLs, logistics partners, and internal distilling operations Ensure strong stock availability and OTIF performance across all channels Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement Build, lead, and develop a high-performing operations team Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align demand, launches, and execution Strengthen operational governance, compliance, safety, and reporting What We're Looking For Proven experience leading operations in FMCG, beverages, spirits, or manufacturing Strong supply chain, production, and logistics expertise Experience scaling operations in a fast‑growth environment Commercially minded with a focus on efficiency and margin Calm, decisive leader who builds accountability Comfortable in founder‑led businesses Strategic thinker who's happy to get hands‑on when required Minimum 4‑5 years of operations leadership experience required Beverage or alcohol industry experience preferred but not essential Must have current Australian work rights at time of application Why Join Casa?
