What You’ll Do Role Develop and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQF, and Montessori philosophy. Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where each child feels valued and encouraged to explore. Build meaningful relationships with families, providing insights and guidance on their child’s growth and development. Work collaboratively with a team that’s passionate, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping each other succeed. Reflect, adapt and continually grow your teaching practice to provide the best possible outcomes for children. About You Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent). Have a sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and Montessori educational principles. Bring creativity, patience and enthusiasm to everyday work.
