An exciting opportunity has become available to join a progressive company in the rapidly growing water industry as a Factory Worker operating roto‑moulding machinery within our plastic fabrication and manufacturing team. West Coast Poly Pty Ltd is a well‑established manufacturing company based in Canning Vale, WA. We produce high‑quality, long‑lasting roto‑moulded polyethylene products for liquid storage systems, supplying the rural, urban, industrial, and mining sectors. About the Role The successful candidate will: Report directly to the Production Manager. Be responsible for the safe operation of roto‑moulding machinery. Work effectively within a team environment and communicate clearly. Be hands‑on and able to perform manual tasks including de‑moulding products, trimming, basic machine maintenance, safe handling of raw materials, and fitting out duties as required. Follow strict QA protocols to meet company ISO9001 standards. Comply with company WHS policies, procedures, and Safe Operating Procedures. Be physically fit and able to work in a high‑temperature environment due to the nature of the manufacturing process and equipment. Undergo a pre‑employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening. Hold a current valid driver’s licence. A forklift licence is highly regarded. Hours and Conditions Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work depending on production requirements. Ability to work early mornings and late afternoons when required.
