YOUR NEW ROLE Reporting to an industry‑leading specialist partner and supported by a paralegal, you will handle a full spectrum of intellectually stimulating disputes, including Superior Level and Land & Environment Court matters. Your work will cover: All aspects of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and related legislation; Development applications (DAs), compliance with DAs and exempt development; Applications to amend LEPs and planning proposals; Voluntary planning agreements and developer contributions; Easements and access to land; Land contamination, pollution, remediation and voluntary management proposals; Directors’ duties and liabilities under planning and environment regulations; Critical habitat and operation of threatened species conservation legislation; Site and environmental audits, due diligence and environmental impact assessment; Regulatory compliance and enforcement; Land and Environment Court applications and appeals.
