The Role We are looking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our fast-growing team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a rapidly evolving e-commerce business. Tasks & Responsibilities Collaborate closely with e-commerce, marketing, procurement, warehouse operations, and customer service to gather, analyse, and document business requirements that support the growth of our Asian online grocery platform Evaluate and improve core business processes such as inventory management of Asian food, product lifecycle tracking, same-day order fulfilment, and culturally tailored customer experiences Identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation, and system integration across our online supermarket operations Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications for software developers, particularly in the context of e-commerce platforms and warehouse systems Support the enhancement and ongoing optimisation of critical systems, including our online shopping platform, warehouse management system (WMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Analyse customer behaviour and sales trends (e.g., seasonal demand for regional Asian products) to help improve product recommendations, promotions, and user engagement strategies Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), track and report system bugs, and conduct post-launch reviews to ensure digital solutions align with our business goals Liaise with developers to deliver scalable, culturally relevant, and user-friendly solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Assist with change management, including preparing bilingual training materials, documenting new processes, and onboarding staff for new digital systems or workflows Ensure all systems and data practices comply with Australian standards for data security, privacy, and business continuity Act as a key point of contact for system-related inquiries, providing guidance and enabling informed decision-making throughout the implementation and improvement cycle of our digital platforms As a qualified candidate, we hope you Have relevant degree Have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar ICT Business Analyst role Proficiency in tools such as Python, C, C++, Jave, SQL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Linux System Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment Strong understanding of business process modelling and system analysis Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and manage time effectively Knowledge of Asian retail products, customer expectations, and cultural nuances is highly regarded Bilingual skills (especially in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Japanese) are a plus but not required Job Details Job type: Full-time Salary: Competitive + Super (Advise $95,000) Why Join Us?
