Continuously improve monitoring practices through feedback loops and learnings. Provide expert guidance on fixed plant condition monitoring strategies. Use time‑series analysis to identify degradation patterns and defect progression. Support cost‑saving initiatives through early defect detection and condition‑based maintenance strategies. Identify and manage implementation of innovative/smart monitoring technologies. Ensure all work complies with site safety, WHS, and environmental standards. Qualifications A trade qualification or tertiary engineering degree with experience in condition monitoring and proven application of condition‑based maintenance strategies. Vibration Category‑2 and Lubrication Category‑2 certified. Deep technical knowledge of fixed plant assets such as conveyors, kiln/drums, pumps, and other rotating machinery. Ability to manage competing priorities while monitoring trends across critical fixed plant assets. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights for diverse audiences including planners, engineers, and frontline teams. Strong problem‑solving capability, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to timely delivery. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams and functions. Experience with root cause analysis and equipment failure investigations (desired). Advanced Microsoft Office programs skills. Benefits Contribute to a green and sustainable industry of the future. Competitive salary with a performance‑based discretionary bonus structure. Additional Superannuation. Award and recognition program. Long service leave option after five years (pro rata).
