This is a hybrid role with equal focus on proactive production support and development/automation. The position involves maintaining the stability of live trading systems and using software engineering to build solutions that improve resilience and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1/2 support for trading platforms during core hours. Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents in the production environment. Develop automation scripts, tools, and monitoring solutions. Manage and optimize cloud (AWS) and on‑premise infrastructure. Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders. Required Experience: 3+ years in production support or SRE within trading or financial services. 2+ years of software development experience with Python. (Proficiency in C# is advantageous but not mandatory.) Hands‑on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms. Proven ability to support low‑latency, critical systems. An automation‑focused mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.
