These positions are ideal for safety professionals who thrive on busy commercial sites and want stability with a builder known for structure, support, and a genuine commitment to safety. You’ll be embedded on high-value commercial builds, ensuring safe delivery while working alongside experienced project and site teams. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day HSE operations on active commercial construction sites Implement and maintain digital safety systems using HammerTech Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to drive safe practices Support inductions, toolbox meetings, and ongoing HSE training Monitor subcontractor compliance and foster a strong safety culture Prepare incident reports, safety documentation, and performance updates About You Proven experience as an HSE Advisor within commercial construction Strong understanding of WHS legislation and commercial site compliance Experience with HammerTech or similar digital safety platforms Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Full Australian working rights and Perth-based experience What’s On Offer Up to $160K + Super | Negotiable based on Experience Stable Tier 2 builder with strong systems and a supportive culture Hands-on site responsibilities with modern technology and structure Take the next step in your HSE career and join a builder that values safety, professionalism, and long-term growth.
