About us: Guerrilla Maintenance Services specialise in personalised engineering, maintenance and construction project services to the Australian mining industry. About the role: In this leadership position, you'll oversee critical tasks in both greenfield and brownfield projects, including: Formwork, reinforcement, pouring, and finishing of concrete structures Operate vibrating tools, screeds, and other concrete finishing equipment Complete rough‑in and fit‑off works for industrial or civil installations Cut, bend, tie, and position steel bars and mesh for concrete structures Work closely with formwork and concreting teams Ensure correct bar placement, spacing, and coverage Follow safety and quality procedures for reinforcement works Install metal roof and wall cladding systems Measure, cut, and fit sheets to specification Key Responsibilities: Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Coordinate the demobilisation, re‑installation, and construction tasks on‑site. Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals. About you: Skills & Certifications: Qualified Concreters, Plumbers, Steel fixers, or Roof Sheeters certification required. Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications must have been obtained within the last 2 years, with expired certifications being acceptable for consideration. Additional licenses (Forklift, EWP, Telehandler) and DOG or RIG tickets are advantageous. First Aid/ CPR - or ability to obtain. Pre‑employment medical clearances - or ability to obtain. MMQRHS and Lung Screen - or ability to obtain. Experience: At least 2 years of trade experience, with a preference for mining or site‑based roles. Industry experience in the maintenance and operation of processing plants is highly regarded. Experience in mining operations in remote Australia is strongly desired. Construction experience is highly valued. Roster: 14/7 with 12‑hour days (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM), with the option for an 8/6 roster. Superannuation: Paid on all hours worked.
