Our in‑house designers draw on the latest global fashion trends to bring products directly to the customer. About the Role We offer a blended fashion retail and healthcare experience. Key responsibilities include: Providing eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele. Dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our optometrists. Building meaningful relationships with clientele to encourage repeat visits. Assisting with opening and closing procedures. About the Person 1+ year experience in optical, or 2+ years in retail sales. Experience with store opening/closing duties. Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills. Confident, clear and effective communication skills. Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships. Self‑motivated, positive and friendly manner. Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired but not essential. Career Growth We support relocation and provide opportunities for growth beyond a customer‑facing role.
