Explore the world. What you’ll be doing – where your passion will meet purpose Work full‑time, on‑site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‑day trade. Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers. Work toward individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more. Build a customer base of new and returning clients ranging from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays. Be the expert Assist customers with travel‑related questions – visas, best times of year, packing lists, dining recommendations, what to avoid, and more. Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale; your pay is completely uncapped. What we’re looking for – do you have the travel bug? You’re a seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations (and an ever‑growing bucket list) and you’re the go‑to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks. Great organisational skills – you’re the type who takes notes, manages your calendar well and quickly responds to phone calls and emails. Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing a high‑pressure workload (think customers lining up, phones ringing, email inbox filling). Enthusiasm, passion and warmth that makes customers want to book with you every time. A savviness with computers, ready to toggle between complex systems to find the best flight and package options.
