Premium Guest Assistant Manager

Bankstown Sports Club is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is ready to take on a new challenge as Premium Guest Assistant Manager. Reporting to the Premium Guest Manager, you will be required to lead our Premium Guest Host Team in providing a memorable experience to our Premium Guest patrons and ensure our Premium Guest patrons have their service needs and requirements exceeded via loyalty rewards, patron recognition and through the utilisation of events and corporate facilities. This role is suitable for someone passionate about developing their career in hospitality and looking for a managerial role within the hospitality industry. You will have a focus on delivering excellent customer service, employee training and development, performance management, sales and profitability and effective cost controls. Responsibilities will include: Demonstrated & ongoing commitment to our Culture Values; 'Can do' attitude, Team player and Surprise and Delight.
