Senior Data Analyst A high-profile opportunity for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a leading organisation's Billing and Credit function and be responsible for reporting, insights, and performance monitoring specifically within Identity, MFA, and Authentication. The role sits at the intersection of cyber , risk , digital platforms , and customer experience , with a focus on understanding how identity systems are performing. This newly created role offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned technical Data Analytics Consultant with a background in AML, Credit Risk, Fraud or Identity, MFA or authentication. You’ll shape and deliver advanced analytics, reporting, and visualisation solutions that drive operational excellence, manage authentication performance metrics, identity risk & incident reporting, platform & control reporting and continuous improvement insights. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Customer Insights, Product, and Service, you’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decisions and influence senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Experience in analytics, reporting, or insights roles within identity, security, fraud, digital, or risk domains Strong SQL and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Experience working with large-scale event or log data Familiarity with identity and authentication concepts (MFA, SSO, IAM, CIAM) Understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) Ability to translate technical data into clear business and risk insights Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Analyst Industries Financial Services and Telecommunications Pay Range A$160,000/yr – A$180,000/yr #J-18808-Ljbffr
