Clinic Clerk – Perth Children’s Hospital Salary: HSO Level G2 $74,031 - $78,820 per annum pro rata. Location: Perth Children’s Hospital, Nedlands – Unit / Division: Child and Adolescent Health Service. Work Type: Casual, Fixed Term (Full Time & Part Time), Permanent (Full Time & Part Time). Closing Date: 31 December 2026, 4:00 PM. Profile We are seeking a Clinic Clerk to coordinate, without direct supervision, the daily processing of all new outpatient referrals. The successful applicant will liaise with Medical, Nursing, Allied Health and Support Services staff to ensure efficient organisation and prioritisation of all referrals. Responsibilities Track and manage daily outpatient referrals. Coordinate with clinical and support staff to prioritise referrals and ensure timely processing. Maintain accurate records and update referral logs. Support administrative functions across the Child and Adolescent Health Service. Comply with WA Health policies, including record‑keeping and reporting requirements. Qualifications & Experience Proficient in administrative systems and data entry. Strong organisational and communication skills. Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is preferred. Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities. Eligibility to Apply Applicants must hold a valid working visa (for fixed‑term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
