Tuscom Subdivision Consultants – Applecross WA Tuscom is a dynamic subdivision company delivering planning, land development, surveying and project management services to our clients. We are looking for Graduate Architect to join our property development team to draft plans, documents and reports including designs and drawings, to assist our clients with obtaining planning approvals for their commercial and residential projects. Minimum Qualifications Degree in Architecture Role requirements Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin 1 - 2 years experience preferable, but not essential Basic familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup required Basic knowledge of planning and development and council requirements including R-codes, BCA, planning polices and structure plans Ensure final designs comply with Australian regulations and quality standards Coordinate with local councils, contractors, consultants and clients Collaborate with engineering team to ensure project accuracy and adhere to specifications High attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Opportunity to further develop skills with senior team members in planning and subdivisions Applicants need to be currently residing in Australia.
