Gardener/Groundsman

Posted Sunday 9 November 2025 at 3:00 pm $34.21 per hour Full time fixed term role available Access to NFP salary packaging to increase your take home pay We have a full-time fixed term opportunity available for a Gardener at our beautiful Aged Care Facility. This role is available until the end of February 2026. Your Role As a Gardener, you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include: Maintain the Facility grounds and building surrounds in a neat, clean, tidy and presentable condition Perform gardening duties including mowing of all lawns, ensuring edges and hedges are trimmed appropriately Assist with general maintenance of the property, general care and securing of all equipment before leaving the Facility each day Perform driving duties of Ozcare vehicles (as required) Undertake courier and delivery duties (as required) Report on any hazards or security breaches to the Facility Manager Your Attributes We're looking for a person who has what it takes to make a difference in our resident's lives. Demonstrated experience in stock management Demonstrated knowledge and skills in basic administration First aid and CPR certificate required within one month of commencement We're hiring smiles.
