Dedicated to the craft of barbering, we take great pride in our commitment to excellence and exceptional customer service. Join our passionate team where your voice matters, your growth is invested in & work-life balance is prioritised About the role Working across a min. 4 days p/week in this Casual role , your duties as a Barber will include but not be limited to: delivering precision haircuts, beard trims, and shaves creating a professional & welcoming salon atmosphere maintaining clean equipment and organised workstations actively contributing to team meetings and business development staying current with latest fading/tapering and cutting techniques building/maintaining client relationships through excellent service. What we're looking for Full Australian working rights or permanent residency essential Recognised Barbering qualification essential (hairdressing acceptable ) Min. 2 years previous Barber experience essential 7:30am - 5.00pm availability for all 4 working days per week Strong technical skills in classic and modern barbering techniques Exceptional customer service skills + passion for premium grooming experiences.
