This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career growth within a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities Perform all food preparation and cooking duties to a high standard Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment Collaborate with the Management on menu planning (Chef role) Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control Work flexible hours, including weekends Skills & Experience Required Minimum 1+ year of relevant kitchen experience in a busy commercial environment Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Cook) or Certificate IV (Chef) or higher Strong understanding of food preparation, service standards, and kitchen operations Knowledge of ordering, stock control, cost control, and working within budgets Strong communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills Leadership and people‑management skills (for Chef applicants) Flexible availability and a positive, reliable work ethic What We Offer Competitive salary package: $70,000 – $80,000 + superannuation Excellent wages and performance-based incentives Supportive and professional working environment Long-term career growth and progression opportunities Opportunity to be part of a growing and expanding business Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
