Base Pay Range A$90,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr Brand Specialist – Head Office, Gelatissimo We’re looking for a Brand Specialist to join our growing Head Office team. You’ll play a key role in driving Local Store Marketing (LSM) activity across Australia and our international markets, partnering with franchisees, store teams, and master franchise partners to deliver local campaigns that boost brand visibility, drive traffic, and grow sales. This is a hands‑on role for a marketer who thrives in a franchise environment, loves working across multiple markets, and can balance creativity with strong execution. The role is initially a 12‑month contract with a view to becoming permanent. What You’ll Do Lead Local Store Marketing (Australia & International) – drive all LSM initiatives across the network to grow awareness, engagement, and sales. Partner with Franchisees – collaborate with stores to identify local opportunities, build tailored campaigns, and share best practices. Empower Local Marketing – provide tools, templates, and assets that help stores execute campaigns effectively and on‑brand. Support International Partners – adapt strategies and assets for cultural relevance while maintaining Gelatissimo’s signature style. Bring New Stores to Life – deliver pre‑launch plans and activations that create buzz and strong opening results. Evaluate and Improve – measure LSM performance, share insights, and continually raise the bar across the network. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing, brand, or retail marketing, ideally within a franchised or multi‑site business. A strong understanding of Local Store Marketing and how to drive community engagement at store level. Excellent communication and relationship building skills with franchisees, partners, and internal teams. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at pace. A collaborative team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves. Experience working with international markets or adapting campaigns for different regions (a bonus).
