Job Description Join our Certification team as an Ethical Lead Auditor – CSCA , where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality second- and third-party audits, assessments, and compliance work in line with approved codes, SOPs, and your professional expertise. You'll also handle technical queries and contribute to the promotion of our certification services through client engagement and support. Be part of a team committed to upholding ethical standards and driving continuous improvement across diverse industries. Other responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to: Be able to effectively plan, conduct and lead audits across a wide range of industry sector codes. Lead assessment / audit teams. Undertake audit activity in accordance with SGS accreditation policies, procedures, and audit program requirements. Collate audit / assessment findings, prepare reports, and communicate findings to clients to ensure understanding of the requirements and area(s) that need to be addressed and/or corrective action required. Provide accurate and prompt information to the Delivery Support Team, working closely with them to ensure that client records are up to date and complete and that all other internal information requirements are met. Plan and schedule your audit / assessment workload to make best utilisation of your time and maximise revenue-earning activity, performing the duties described above, to ensure that such duties are performed in an efficient and commercially expedient way Assist in the training of other auditors and lead auditors during planned training or observation audits or during other training functions and actively in witness audits by SGS or accreditation bodies. Maintain and continue to develop audit assessment skills, technical knowledge and participate in ensuring that any Continued Professional Development (CPD) requirements are met. Collecting and analysing sufficient information to provide appropriate recommendations for certifications Respond to client enquiries on technical matters Report customer complaints, problems and/or system deficiencies Conduct Technical File reviews specific for Product being authorized. Provide file review resource for SGS Australia and affiliates Assist in promotional and business development activities. Qualifications Minimum tertiary education evidence of knowledge corresponding to post-secondary education or equivalent training. Approved by SGS as a Lead Auditor / Compliance Assessor Approved CSCA APSCA Auditor Accreditation Minimum 3 years of working experience in a business environment. Proficiency in English.
