About the Role A school of Good Samaritan Education Rosebank College seeks expressions of interest for the permanent full-time Science Teacher (1.0 FTE) to join the Science Faculty at the commencement of Term 1 2026. This role will report to the Science Coordinator working collaboratively with the Science faculty members and working across all year groups undertaking responsibilities within the team as required by the Coordinator. Applicants for this position must be highly effective classroom practitioners dedicated team players interested in the care and welfare of students and have skills in their teaching of Science to equip them to contribute to the Colleges educational program in teaching and learning. Experience as a highly effective innovative and motivated educator across Stages 4 - 5 Science and a subject specialist in at least one Stage 6 Science subject Proven experience with a focus on rigorous student learning engagement and growth Proven ability to foster a collaborative research and data-driven approach to excellence in teaching and learning Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team Demonstrated success in driving student achievement and growth A track record of being approachable and empathetic Understand and show commitment to the Australian Professional Standards for Teaching.
