Desktop Support Analyst – Davidson Join to apply for the Desktop Support Analyst role at Davidson . About the Company Davidson has partnered with a global energy leader, focused on renewable energy. About the Role As the Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing outstanding Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and network environments. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for service desk tickets, triaging issues and managing escalations. Provide hands‑on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other ICT equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft environments including Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, InTune, and WSUS. Assist with onboarding new starters and create user guides and documentation. Collaborate with global IT teams and third‑party providers to resolve complex issues. Support office coordination tasks including inventory management and facilities assistance. About You Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a similar role. Tertiary qualification in IT or related field (highly desirable). Strong communication skills and customer‑focused approach. Experience in ITIL environments and Microsoft Windows support. Knowledge of Office 365 administration, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, SCCM, and networking. Exposure to VMware, CrowdStrike, and service desk tools like Manage Engine. Familiarity with EUC fleet management and cyber security practices. Benefits Full‑time role based in Melbourne CBD. Competitive salary package.
