Key details: Reporting to and supported by the Senior Health Assessor, Pathology Collectors/Health Assessors will be responsible for providing quality health assessments to customers undertaking a medical assessment as part of their visa application process. We have x3 positions available at our Brisbane Centre: 2x Fixed-term full time positions - January 2026 to May 2026 contract unless extended All roles must have availability to work 5 days per week (38 hours per week) Centre hours can be from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, and weekends 8am-4:30pm Availability to work on a rotational roster between opening hours What you’ll do: Identity checks, blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index, vision testing, urinalysis, and venepuncture Facilitate smooth delivery of the applicants through the medical assessment to ensure a timely and accurate service Adhere to clinical governance and associated policies and procedures Accurate documentation of results in eHealth record Your background: Certificate III or IV in Pathology (mandatory) 2+ years phlebotomy experience (essential) Experience in blood collection with children (essential) Ability to see 25-40 customers per day Experience working with people of multi-cultural background Why Bupa: This isn’t your average Pathology Collector position.
