APS6 Planner – National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) – Warrnambool, VIC About the role: The APS6 Planner joins our VIC/TAS Regional Services Team. The role involves public contact with complex, difficult or sensitive issues, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and providing technical, professional, policy and operational support and advice on behalf of the NDIA. Responsibilities Communicate with participants and their representatives to support decision‑making along the participant pathway. Monitor the impact and quality of supports, ensuring alignment with participant outcomes. Contribute to performance targets as outlined in the Participant Service Guarantee. Ensure compliance with legislative frameworks, agency guidelines and regulations. Collaborate with team members and mentor staff to develop specialised knowledge and coaching. Qualifications & Experience Experience in the disability and/or allied health sector desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain networks. Experience in managing a high‑performance team. Flexibility and resilience to navigate barriers and unexpected challenges. High levels of integrity and professionalism to support NDIA values and mission. Benefits & Conditions Competitive remuneration between $96,737 and $106,950 plus 15.4% superannuation. Work from VIC – Colac and VIC – Warrnambool locations. Opportunity for non‑ongoing offered up to 12 months, with possibility of extension up to 2 years. Access to higher superannuation, above‑market leave entitlements and ongoing professional development. Additional Information: This role is performed from VIC – Colac and VIC – Warrnambool only.
