Base pay range A$90.00/hr - A$125.00/hr Direct message the job poster from MAYDAY Technology Initial twelve month contract with strong long term outlook I am supporting a major organisation on a cutting edge AI and platform uplift program and they are looking for a Full Stack Developer Lead who can operate across engineering, machine learning, deep learning and modern cloud based AI platforms. This is an opportunity to work on genuinely advanced systems that blend application development, next generation data architectures and intelligent automation. What you will be doing Building and maintaining scalable full stack applications using Python and modern ML and DL libraries Designing and deploying ML models using platforms such as Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker or Azure ML Implementing RAG pipelines and integrating with LLM frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph Designing algorithms for data enrichment, entity extraction and semantic analysis Working with knowledge graphs and graph databases such as Neo4j Building metadata enrichment workflows across structured and unstructured data Applying deep learning architectures to solve complex AI challenges Designing and securing A2A integrations using REST or gRPC Leading model optimisation efforts including quantisation and pruning to improve latency and efficiency What you bring Strong capability in Python and ML and DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit learn Experience with NLP libraries including spaCy, NLTK and Hugging Face Transformers Hands on experience with cloud ML platforms, ideally Vertex AI Familiarity with RAG pipelines and LLM tooling Experience designing algorithms for text processing and semantic workflows Knowledge of knowledge graphs and graph data modelling, ideally Neo4j Proven experience building scalable applications and APIs Strong understanding of deep learning and real world deployment Experience with model compression and optimisation techniques Nice to have Exposure to ADK and prompt engineering Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and containerised model deployment Familiarity with MLOps and ML lifecycle automation Understanding of distributed computing frameworks such as Spark What makes this role stand out This is a chance to work at the front line of applied AI within a major enterprise environment.
