We help brands combine data science, design thinking and creative magic. Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Sydney or Melbourne team. This role draws on broad generalist experience to strengthen the strategic capability and business performance of the Client Services team. It involves leading a team that delivers mutual success for Re and its clients, maintaining the overall quality of client relationships and meeting revenue targets. Responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of client business and share knowledge with junior colleagues. Lead the team to deliver quarterly competitive reviews built on insight and category knowledge. Make recommendations to clients based on competitive/category insight. Build and nurture positive working relationships with the wider M+C Saatchi agency team. Act as mentor to Account Managers & Account Executives, setting a positive example for team behaviour, learning and collaboration. Contribute to strategic briefing and development discussions, helping to write inspiring creative briefs. Organise project resources, ensuring tasks are completed within scope, timings, and budget. Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to broader new business development. Your ideal experience Previous experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in a Creative or Communications Agency environment. Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment. Proven track record managing integrated campaigns and communications projects. Knowledge of Advertising channels including TV, radio, print production, sponsorships, digital, web, email, and mobile.
