Responsibilities We are looking for a passionate customer service individual to be a Clinic Co‑ordinator on a full‑time basis (5 days per week). This pivotal role contributes to clinic performance and enhances our customers’ experience. The Clinic Co‑ordinator collaborates with clinicians and hearing technicians (where applicable) to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for all our clients. The role involves learning about all our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs – using that knowledge to apply tailored client‑specific sales strategies to ensure they receive the best possible solutions.
